There are signs that people do not have good intentions. The people I’m referring to do not change, that is my experience.

Beware of people like this….

1. These types of people play nice, nice with everyone to your face, while stabbing you in the back. All smiles and laughter as they gush, just remember, they want something from you. This is not genuine.

2. Copycats. They will copy things that you do. Only because they are not authentic. Nothing is from the heart. They do this because they do not have ideas of their own, but steal ideas and make them their own.

3. People that brag about all of their accomplishments. They tend to want attention and want to ‘one up’ everyone. They know it all. They’ve done it all, seen it all. They are the best at everything. They have been on every association, committee, board etc. They are self taught, no one has taught them anything. They just learned things on their own. They never ever give credit to anyone but absolutely expect credit for things they have done!

4. Gossiping. They live and breathe gossip. They want all the information and if they can’t get it, they make it up or embellish details. If you are sad, having a hard time, this is their delight! If you call them out on their behavior, deny, deny, deny. They will never accept responsibility.

5. Stupid Competitive. They view everyone as competition, even if the other person has no idea they are in the race. Squash them at all costs!! Ruin them!! That is their motto.

6. Their feelings are disingenuous. Almost every emotion is pretend. Their status is what means the most to them but is all a facade.

In the end, these are deeply flawed people. Wounded within. Hurt, immature, anxious, hidden anger issues, something happened to hurt their soul.

Move on, move forward, don’t look back. You can not control how people view you but you can control how you feel about yourself.

Remove people from your life that purposely hurt you. Feel badly for those that want to hurt you, it says more about them than you, in the end your life is none of their concern is it!
